Ans: Cashback will be sent via PayNow to the phone number you provided in the claim form upon order confirmation. Order confirmation may take up to 60-90 days.
- What products are eligible for this cashback?
Ans: All products purchased from LEGO.com through online orders are eligible, except for items from the Exclusives and Bricklink categories. A minimum spend of $100 is required to qualify for the cashback.
- What happens if we do not use the link to purchase?
Ans: Unfortunately, you won’t be able to receive your cashback as we are unable to verify your purchase.
- What’s the purpose of the claim form?
Ans: The form facilitates Dive's verification process, ensuring that your purchase complies with the campaign criteria. Specifically, it verifies that you have purchased eligible products and met the minimum spend requirement. Rest assured, your personal details are kept confidential and secure.
- Can I make multiple purchases in a different receipt to get multiple cashbacks?
Ans: No, the cashback is limited to one claim per customer. Multiple transactions or split receipts will not qualify for multiple cashbacks. Only a single purchase of $100 or more in one receipt will be eligible.
- Can I stack this cashback with other LEGO promotions?
Yes! As long as you spend a minimum of $100 and you purchase through Dive’s exclusive link, you will be eligible for the cashback.
